Purchasing Terms
If you are interested in purchasing any of our products or services included in this site,
you may do so by emailing us (see Contact Us).
Because we only
accept personal checks and cashier's checks, your order will ship immediately upon completion
provided your check has cleared our bank account. For any personal checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), Buyer
will incur a $50 fee, payable only with a cashier's check.
Prepayment in full is required due to customization of product. All personalized products are non-returnable and
non-refundable. Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the Buyer is used solely
for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Any financial information
is used solely to invoice the Buyer for their order.
Artful Embroidery does not share Buyer's contact or financial information.

Copyright Indemnification
In the
event that Artful Embroidery (the company) is to embroider or imprint, at the request of a Buyer, a likeness of a person,
product, logotype or any other art form provided to us by the Buyer, Buyer hereby represents that said likeness
is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto. Upon request from
Artful Embroidery, Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees
to hold Artful Embroidery free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Artful Embroidery for any loss, damage, or injury
which Artful Embroidery may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the Buyer shall extend
to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Artful Embroidery as a result of the reproduction
of the likeness requested by the Buyer.
